Step 1 · 60 minutes

Discovery Call

We jump on a 60-minute call together. We ask about your services, your team, your hours, how you currently handle calls, and what a perfect interaction looks like for your business. You answer questions — we take notes and build the plan. Most clients say it's the easiest onboarding call they've ever done.

Step 2 · Days 1–4

We Build Your Agent

Our team configures everything from scratch — your agent's voice and personality, your services and appointment types, your calendar integration, call transfer rules, after-hours behaviour, and SMS confirmations. You don't log in to anything. You don't configure anything. We handle every detail and come back to you when it's ready to test.

Step 3 · Days 4–6

You Test & Approve

We give you a private test number. Call it like one of your own customers would — book an appointment, ask about your services, try to reschedule. Tell us what to adjust. Most clients approve within 1–2 rounds of testing. We don't go live until you're completely happy with how it sounds and performs.

We don’t go live until you’re happy.

After testing, most clients approve their agent within 48 hours. If something isn’t right, we fix it — as many rounds as it takes. You have full visibility and final say before a single real caller hears your agent.

Go Live

Once you give the green light, we activate your agent and set up call forwarding from your existing number. Your first real call is answered — usually within the same week as your discovery call. We monitor the first 48 hours closely and make any immediate adjustments needed.

We Keep Making It Better

Your Voxara agent isn't set-and-forget. As your business changes — new services, new providers, new hours — we update your agent at no extra charge. Every month we review call performance, identify patterns, and fine-tune behaviour. The longer you're with Voxara, the smarter and more effective your agent becomes.
