The moment a caller confirms an appointment by voice, they receive a Stripe payment link via SMS. Collecting a deposit upfront reduces no-shows dramatically — callers with skin in the game show up.
Full payment for high-value appointments
For consultations, assessments, or premium services, Voxara can be configured to collect full payment at booking rather than a deposit. The caller receives their Stripe link within seconds of confirming.
Reduce no-shows without awkward conversations
Asking for a card over the phone feels uncomfortable. Voxara handles it naturally — confirming the booking, then letting the caller know a payment link is on its way. The transaction happens privately via Stripe.
How the Stripe integration works
A caller books an appointment by voice with Voxara.
Voxara confirms the booking, then n8n creates a Stripe payment link for the configured amount via the Stripe API.
The payment link is sent to the caller via SMS immediately after the call ends.
Once payment is received, the booking is confirmed in your calendar. Unpaid bookings can be automatically flagged or cancelled after a set time window.
